Putting the Customer First

Leading Sheffield independent firm of Chartered Accountants Barber Harrison & Platt is delighted to have been successful in achieving re-accreditation to the Customer First Standard.

Customer First is the awarding body for Putting the Customer First ® - the National Standard for Customer Service. Barber Harrison & Platt first achieved this accreditation in 2005 and was amongst the first four accountancy practices in the UK to do so.

The Standard assesses excellence in areas including client relationships, market awareness and human resources and aims to literally “put the customer first” and raise the quality of the business support provision delivered to small and medium enterprises. A review takes place every two years to ensure continued compliance.

This success demonstrates Barber Harrison & Platt’s long-standing commitment to quality client care.
