BHP Putting the Customer First

Barber Harrison & Platt Sheffield’s leading independent firm of Chartered Accountants has recently been successful in achieving re-accreditation to the Customer First Standard.

Customer First is the awarding body for Putting the Customer First ® - the National Standard for Customer Service. Barber Harrison & Platt first achieved this accreditation in 2005 and is one of only eight accountancy practices in the UK to hold this Standard.

The Standard assesses excellence in areas including client relationships, market awareness and human resources. It aims literally to “put the customer first” and raise the quality of the business support provision delivered to customers. Customer First undertakes a thorough re-appraisal every two years to ensure continued compliance.

This success demonstrates Barber Harrison & Platt’s long-standing commitment to quality client care.
