BHP Ingram Forrest Corporate Finance - Multi-Award Winners!

It was a very busy night for BHP Ingram Forrest Corporate Finance at the recent South Yorkshire Dealmakers Awards as they collected four awards. The firm was voted both Corporate Finance Advisory Firm of the Year as well as winning the prestigious award of Dealmaking Firm of the Year. The awards reflected the successful involvement of BHP Ingram Forrest Corporate Finance in a significant number of transactions over the last 12 months including the sale of Pearce Buckle to Capita, the acquisition of Hillfoot Forge by Special Steels and the buyout of Oughtred & Harrison (Facilities).

Partner David Forrest won the award for Dealmaker of the Year whilst Deal of the Year was awarded to the management buyout of BLP a deal on which he acted as lead advisor. BLP is the UK’s largest manufacturer of furniture components for the kitchen, bedroom and bathroom markets.

The awards are based on voting by both corporate finance professionals as well as businesses actively undertaking transactions.
