Barber Harrison & Platt provide advice to plc’s, private companies, partnerships, sole traders, individuals and trusts. The close working relationship we enjoy with clients provides a deep insight into a far wider range of business situations and problems than are traditionally associated with accountancy.
The firm recently regained the prestigious Customer First accreditation; Customer First is the awarding body for Putting the Customer First ® - the National Standard for Customer Service. Barber Harrison & Platt first achieved this accreditation in 2005 and was amongst the first four accountancy practices in the UK to do so.
In January 2011 BHP became a member of Kreston International, a global network of independent accounting firms. Kreston International has members in 94 countries with 700 offices. This provides a resource of over 19,500 professional and support staff. This international capability is a major development for BHP, enabling the firm to offer its clients a global resource for accounting, auditing, taxation and advisory services.
